You should have a good working knowledge of a web development language such as ASP.Net or PHP and have knowledge of database systems such as MS SQL Server and/or MySQL.
You should have experience of creating websites that are both accessible and web standards compliant. You should have a keen eye for detail and knowledge of Flash is an advantage.
You should have a good knowledge of print design software such as QuarkXpress and Illustrator and be familiar with the technical requirements as regards optimising work for output to print CMYK colours and have experience with providing print ready files.
