Continuing an increasing trend start-up company Eden Brook Home Care commissioned Enovate Design to provide a board range of services which included web design and hosting, logo design, print design (brochure, leaflet, letterhead, compliment slip and business cards), copywriting and finally search engine optimisation.

The website is designed with a responsive approach to adapt to fill the entire browser window and is coded using HTML5, which is the very latest version of the language used to create web pages.  We’ve made some elements on the page use a fixed position which gives the website a unique feel and takes best advantage of the large background image.

The site owners believe that golfers should be able to play anywhere in the world, at anytime, regardless of whether they belong to a golf club or not! By joining TheSocialGolfer.com community, members can arrange games with golfers close to home or with over 6000 golfers worldwide.

MC2 Marketing approached Enovate Design in August 2010 with a brief to initially improve the site’s navigation menus and give the site some subtle design improvements.

One of the first tasks after our appointment was the migration of the site to a new cloud based hosting environment.  We provided MC2 with the benefit of our experience in enterprise class hosting and took charge of both the procurement and migration processes, which were completed with minimal downtime.

In addition, Enovate Design have worked very closely with MC2 Marketing to build a strong and consistent brand identity for the site and work in conjunction with their marketing team to continually develop interesting and engaging content, hugely valuable in the current highly competitive online climate. We have also recently designed and introduced an email marketing platform by way of a site newsletter, which produced an excellent open rate of over 20% in its first edition. Since becoming involved with MC2 Marketing, Enovate Design have also helped the site membership grow by more than 9% in six months.

Curtain Call Academy commissioned Enovate Design to create a brand identity and website for the new company.  In addition, Enovate Design has been charged with carrying out search engine optimisation work to ensure the new website debuts in the search engines quickly and with the highest rankings possible.

The website features the very latest coding standards, making use of the new HTML5 semantic elements such as header, footer, article, aside and figure.  The website has also been progressively enhanced with subtle use of CSS3 for rounded corners and stylised form buttons.

The website has been designed to expand to fill as much of the available screen space as possible, giving the website a bold and striking appearance, further reinforced by the large background photos.  CSS3 media queries have been employed to adjust the page layout in accordance with width of the user’s browser window, an approach called responsive web design.

The new website designed and hosted by Enovate Design is built upon a robust content management system that makes it quick and easy for PDQ staff to update and expand the website in the future.

The website features several video animations to add an extra layer of interest to the site’s pages.  In addition PDQ’s clients are able to log-in to the website securely to access specific account information and additional resources.  The website also includes an email newsletter and live virus alerts fed in via RSS feed from security partner Symantec.

The Boardroom approached Enovate Design looking for a full service partner who could handle all their design needs from logo design and business stationery right through to web design and web hosting.  By working closely with The Boardroom we were able to deliver in all areas, providing a logo design, letterhead, business cards, A4 folder with inserts and last but not least a company website.

In spring 2009 we asked Enovate Design to produce for us a high impact, attractive but practical web site and brochure for our start up sales leadership assessment and training consultancy, The Boardroom Assessment Centre.

One of the challenges we found in searching for the right web designer was finding a company that had both the creative design skills to produce something fresh and powerful and the technical competence to actually build and develop the site. Most of the others we looked at had either one or the other at best. Fortunately we found that Enovate have both of those key skills and that was why we engaged their services.

The timescales we gave Enovate on this project were extremely challenging, as we wanted the web site complete and operational by the summer of 2009 followed closely by a brochure in both print and on-line format. It was critical to us that both the web site and brochure reflected our desired corporate image and therefore attracted our target market. We wanted something contemporary yet professional to appeal to our corporate clients.

The whole project was delivered on time and the final product has surpassed our expectations. We have received countless compliments and lots of positive feedback on the web site and brochure from clients and suppliers alike and as a result we are delighted with the work that Enovate carried out for us.

After moving the substantial Monitor Audio website to a new content management system late last year we were eager to get our hands dirty and have an opportunity to add some subtle design enhancements and also overhaul the underlying HTML coding to ensure it was both standard compliant and accessible.

We focussed on moving text from images into the HTML code of the page to ensure the content was accessible to screen reader users and search engine robots alike.  An added benefit of this was a faster download time for users and reduced bandwidth consumption.  We also added several 360 degree animations so users are able to fully appreciate the quality of the products.

Typography was also a particular area we focussed on, making sure headings and titles were as clean and sharp as possible and mirrored the same brand image that is conveyed so strongly through Monitor Audio’s print collateral.

In order to encourage return visits we made the news section much more prominent with the latest four news items output to the website homepage and the most recent articles are also syndicated to an RSS feed users can subscribe to.

Enovate Design was delighted to be selected to design and host the poker tournament website.  The website includes a content management system which enables fast updates and additions to be made.  The site will also be connected to a live XML feed from the tournament venue so visitors to the site can be kept up-to-date with chip counts and finishing places as the tournament unravels.  In addition the website will also feature a live webcast so site visitors can watch the poker action as it happens.  Last but not least, the obligatory EPO Twitter feed for the tournament is output onto the site’s news pages and encourages visitors to become followers.

The new website designed and hosted by Enovate Design includes an innovative Flash animation header.  This has been created by overlaying a Flash animation with HTML navigation buttons.  This is a new technique that preserves both accessibility but also provides a more unique website.

The project involved moving the existing website originally designed by Enovate Design in 2005 to a content management system that would make updates and maintenance tasks easier.

To increase the enquiries on the website each page features a “More Information” form which allows users to submit an enquiry quickly and easily.  Users are automatically sent an autoresponse email that attaches the PDF brochure of the product they enquired about.

The website also includes an email newsletter integrated into the content management system.
